The Hackler Family|Portraits!!

Have we mentioned how much we love photographing families (especially with adorable small children)?? Well, we do :) We had such a great time with the Hackler family just hanging out at their beautiful home and letting the kids play and be themselves. There's no better way to ensure a child will smile for the camera than to simply let him or her have fun :) Here are a few favorites from the afternoon... enjoy!

JoBeth and Jeremie|Engagement!!

I cannot put into words how incredible of a time we had with JoBeth and Jeremie. We had gorgeous lighting, an awesome location, and a wonderfully photogenic couple who truly knows how to have a good time. For instance.... we are walking around in the middle of what I would call "not the best part of town", and we see a random shopping cart. I think to myself, we could have some fun with that! And before I know it, the two of them are brainstorming what to do with it... and then did it :)

Jaime McKay and Chris|The Wedding!! {part one}

I feel like we say this all the time, but we have the most fabulous clients, and Jaime and Chris are no different! We loved being there to photograph their gorgeous rooftop wedding at the Frazier International History Museum. It was raining when we woke up that day, but the clouds broke and the sun came out for yet another beautiful fall day :) Jaime and Chris decided to see each other before the ceremony, so we had plenty of time for some relaxed portraits of the two of them. Tera and Shawn|Engagement!!

I met Tera a few years ago when I walked into the most fabulous wedding dress boutique I've ever seen: the Couture Closet in LaGrange. She is such a sweet person, and I love being her friend! So, I can't even describe how excited we are to be able to be there on her wedding day to document it for her and Shawn!

Mary and Tommy|The Wedding!!

Mary and Tommy have been fabulous to work with this year... they are such fun to be around! We were thrilled that they had a perfect fall day for their wedding. We had the most amazing evening sunlight for Christy and Rick's engagement session at the gorgeous St. James Court a few weeks back.
